Chances R Charters offers year-round deep-sea fishing adventures from Panama City Beach, Florida. Owned and operated by Captain Stephen Brookins, the charter business combines generations of fishing experience with comfortable, well-equipped vessels designed for exploring the offshore waters, reefs, and wrecks of the Gulf. Captain Stephen comes from a family of fishermen and has been around boats and fishing since childhood. His grandfather began fishing the area in the early 1960s, helping establish a family tradition that continues today. Guests can choose from trips ranging from four-hour trolling excursions to full-day, 12-hour adventures and multi-day fishing trips. Depending on the season, trip length, and conditions, anglers can pursue species including Red Snapper, Grouper, Wahoo, King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, and Spanish Mackerel. The fleet includes the **53-foot Chances R**, a Coast Guard-inspected vessel accommodating up to 20 passengers, and the **45-foot Knot Right**, which accommodates groups of up to 15. Both feature modern navigation and fish-finding electronics along with air-conditioned accommodations and onboard amenities.
